So when I work with clients, I explain the importance of building a foundation for your business that is solid but scalable. If you can achieve these two elements at the beginning then you have a fighting chance of getting all the amazing things you have dreamed about.
How do you Nail it:
The steps to nailing your foundation are key, you need to be clear on the Customer you want to serve, the way you want to serve them, and how you can do that with the same amount of effort regardless of the number of customers.
Then you hustle – you build an online presence, you turn up consistency for your customers and audience, you create amazingly value content on your website, youtube channel, social media pages, etc
And you work on the four core elements of building a winning outlook – your mindset, your emotions, your physical, and your spirit.
- Your mindset is the first battle – you need to believe you have in you – what it takes to be successful. You have to want it.
- Your emotions will be the next battle – you need to be able to turn off those doubts and fears from your primitive brain that is trying to protect you.
- Your physical state is the next battle – you have to be prepared to take action and push your body to its peak stage. Being in peak helps your brain function at the highest ability.
- Your spirit state this is the final battle – and so many people fail that the last hurdle. We struggle as humans to be quiet, still, and listen to our thoughts. By giving our bodies and minds time to focus we are able to step forward as the best version of ourselves in every aspect of our life and business.
This is what will separate the winners from the players. Once you nail this core element of the business, you have basic automation (mailers and ads) and you have earnt money. Well, then you ready to scale to the bigger and better earnings.
Scaling
Now we are onto a different approach, you have the core elements, you have been adding value to your audience, running ads, and in the background collecting all the great analytics that you can get in business today.
At the Scale element of the business, you need to use that data to enhance sales. Optimizing the time you post on social media to get the most engagement, using the right stories and language to talk directly to your ideal customers.
Creating your core pillar content that you use to help people get to know you when they first engage.
And planning out your team (either employees or freelances) that will help you earn that 6 figure amount. The infrastructure is so important if you truly want to scale.
The people that earn 6, 7, or 8 figures in year in business are no different from you. They only thing they have done is learn to push the ceiling up and chase their dreams.
You have to be willing to work hard, you have to be willing to hustle and grind at the beginning but if you do and you set up the correct Blueprint the tables will shift where your amount of effort remains the same but the amount of money continues to increase.
You need to work hard, learn the key elements, and surround yourself with people that will help you achieve that.
