So much has changed over the last few weeks. Not only in business but in life in general.
For a lot of people, it is a slower life, a life of being home, doing less, saving more. For some, our key workers, it is busy, more dangerous and more stressful than ever! And this is being spoken about loads.
However, there is one group that isn’t getting much space on the airways and that is entrepreneurs. We are the small group that for the large part isn’t getting help for the government, that aren’t able to slow down as if they did now, they would have no business once this crisis was done. And any true entrepreneur would tell you – that isn’t an option.
We are all working hard to reinvent, redesign and relaunch our businesses. I know this because I have helped a number of people just like this in the last 3 weeks. And I too have had to change the process by which I do business.
Now thinking about the clarity of direction is so important, too many people are dashing off in every direction possible and hoping something will work. This is not the best approach and you are only partly likely to succeed. Now I don’t know about you, but I want more security than partly. I want to know that what I am doing will be the best for my business, and more importantly my future. I want to know that I won’t just get through this but I will thrive at the other end. That is what a true entrepreneur wants in these times. Even more so we want to create an opportunity for others to thrive after this crisis.
