You will have seen me talk about this Blueprint to Business all over my social media. I wanted to put an overview all in one place so that you can access it whenever you need to use the model.

In the 7 Step process the Blueprint gives you:

• A way to speak to your ideal customer and win more business
• A way to make sales and improve cash flow for your business (even now!)
• Belief in what you stand for and why people choose you
• A way to make your business LEGIT and future proof!
• A process to follow to not only to survive the current market but thrive in tomorrow’s market.

So, the Blueprint to Business 7 steps are:

1. Create – Crafting the direction of travel for the business, understanding the customers and value you want to add
2. Explore – Creative process of exploring the ideas and understanding the way to move forward that best suits you
3. Emerge – refining the ideas to get the key areas and the order to move forward in
4. Structure – Building the outline plan for how to move forward – working with the end in mind
5. Build – The process of doing it and moving forward
6. Testing – How to put it out in the world and test it. Gaining valuable feedback to refine your offer
7. Procedure – How to capture the process for future use

Each of these steps has a certain amount of work involved, some more than others, but let me guide you through the basics:

Create:

This stage is super important, without it your business is like a boat without a paddle – useless! What you need to think about at this stage, I like to break down into 4 key areas:

• Ideal Customer – who you want to work with
• Value Add – what you bring to that customer
• Uniqueness – what you bring to the world – who you are
• Brand value – what is important to you – why are you in business
