The biggest mistake people try and make when setting up their business Foundation is trying to do everything at once they overwhelm themselves was the prospect of being good at everything from the beginning rather than getting really clear on what will make the biggest difference.
I watch people try and engage on every single social media platform, build their websites, build their programs, offers, sales pages, their funnels, and do all of those within the first month of being in business. The real skill is actually choosing what is going to make the biggest difference and then focusing on that, building a solid foundation in one area, and then moving on to the next thing that’s going to add value. Typically, this is your offer, but more on that in a moment.
Every single strategy should be built based on what financial goal you want to reach. The business looking to do £2,000 a month is going to have a very different strategy to a business that’s looking to do £20,000 a month. So you need to make sure that you pick the right strategy for the level of business that you want to create and you also need to understand that you need to build the core Foundation before you can start building the next level so every single new startup should be aiming for a £2,000 a month consistent strategy before they start looking at how they scale up to £10k or £20k. A £2,000 strategy is all about nailing the foundations and paying yourself a minimum salary each month, a £20,000 strategy is about scale, building teams, and growth, you can see how your focus would need to be different for each of those goals
