- Your Strategy – you need to know your income goal, price point, and how many sales you need to make of your offer to hit your goal. This is simple maths, but 90% of new business owners that I work with have never done with sum before. Vague desires get you vague results.
- Your Offer – It has to be good, that goes without saying. But what makes an offer good? It has to solve a problem for your client, help them reach closer to their desires, overcome a barrier, or make them feel good about themselves. It also has to be value for money and make sense in your market and experience level. If everyone knows you and you are in high demand you charge bigger prices, but coming in really high can be detrimental to your long-term consistent income.
- Your Awareness Plan – People can only buy your offer IF you are an option. This means having a strong message to share, but it also means creating some kind of content plan to share that message. You do not need to be everywhere. You can pick somewhere to show up and build a wonderful community around a platform of your choice.
- Automation – The idea of passive income, making money in your sleep, having all the time off, and earning boatloads of money doesn’t arrive before your automation system. I love using funnels to help clients build trust with me, I love running ads to help potential clients find me, and love that I can turn these systems on and add 50 people to my list while I am living my life. So if you want true freedom, away from the ‘time equals money’ model, you need to get familiar with key technology and systems to make this happen.
